VILLAGES ON WATER

In 2019-2020 our company is going to implement the project of developing 5 houseboat villages on the water for all-year-round dwelling, 15-30 houses each. The villages will be located in Moscow and Moscow Region at the Khimkinskoye, the Klyazminskoye and the Pestovskoye water reservoirs, which are part of the water area of ​​the Moscow Canal. The system of piers for mooring of the houseboats will be made of floating concrete piers, which can easily withstand freezing and water level drop. The layout of the village in each case will depend on the layout of the water area.

The cost of mooring in our villages, including all utilities, is going to be about 30-40 thousand rubles per month. For reference, the cost of mooring a yacht of the same length in the Moscow region is 2-3 times higher.
