The president of HOUSEBOAT.RU Alexander Klimchuk has been appointed Ombudsman for Water Infrastructure of Moscow under the Ombudsman for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs. The industry will now have more opportunities to front its interests and develop the water infrastructure, part of which is setting up water villages or marinas for houseboats.
