Even the basic configuration of our houseboats includes everything you need for living except for furniture and curtains:

• Energy-efficient residential upper part made of sandwich panels for all-year-round living with turnkey finishing inside and outside.
• 220V power supply with concealed wiring, sockets, and switches
• LED-based lighting
• Heating system
• Yacht-type water supply system with a clean water tank
• Yacht-type sewerage system with a black water tank
• Fully equipped bathrooms with European equipment and furniture.
• Internet: 4G WiFi router

You can make changes to the configuration of your future houseboat at the design stage and choose from more than 50 available standard options or order custom-made options.

For example an overboard water filtration system and a wastewater treatment system (septic tank) are usually ordered if the houseboat is planned to be used during winter as the marinas cut off water supply in winter to prevent freezing.

For more comfort many clients order underfloor heating, supply and exhaust ventilation, air conditioning system, smart home system, etc. For autonomous power supply of a houseboat it is recommended to choose a diesel generator with auto start and/or an uninterruptible power supply with a battery and an inverter.

As the requirements and expectations of people differ the houseboats are manufactured to individual order. It does not usually confuse anyone as the manufacturing period is just 4 months.
