The living room is 18.5 square meter, 2 bedrooms of 7 square meters each, a hallway or a sauna, and a full- sized bathroom. Use it as a yacht, a summer residence, or a permanent house – the choice is yours.
Upon request it can be built in a marine version (class “C” according to the European classification)
Thanks to its heavy steel floating base the houseboat freezes solidly into the ice and weighs two to four times more than its counterparts, so it swings much less on the waves than its counterparts on polyethylene or aluminum floats. A lot of people forget about this important parameter.
