2 good residential floors of 220 square meters, an outdoor terrace of 160 square meters, and a huge hold (technical floor) of 80 square meters with ceilings 2 m high.

You can choose the purpose (commercial or residential), area, layout, installed equipment in all our design projects.

Thanks to the shape of the floating base, a weight of more than 120 tons and correct centering it almost does not swing on the waves unlike the yachts of similar length.

Optional Equipment

You can make changes to the configuration of your future houseboat at the design stage and choose from more than 50 available standard options or order custom-made options.

For example an overboard water filtration system and a wastewater treatment system (septic tank) are usually ordered if the houseboat is planned to be used during winter as the marinas cut off water supply in winter to prevent freezing.

For more comfort many clients order underfloor heating, supply and exhaust ventilation, air conditioning system, smart home system, etc. For autonomous power supply of a houseboat it is recommended to choose a diesel generator with auto start and/or an uninterruptible power supply with a battery and an inverter.

As the requirements and expectations of people differ the houseboats are manufactured to individual order. It does not usually confuse anyone as the manufacturing period is just 4 months.
